To Pass Excess Over Estimate

Section: Delegation of power at various levels pages are not under access control

Chief Engineer	To deal with all excesses of not more than 5% of the amount of sanctioned estimate.
Superintending Engineer	To deal with all excesses of not more than 5% of the amount of sanctioned estimate provided that the total amount of excess is within limit of the powers to sanction estimates technically.
Executive Engineer	To deal with all excesses of not more than 5% of the amount of sanctioned estimate provided that the total amount of excess is within limit of the powers to sanction estimates technically.
